MS Exteriors provides professional window cleaning and pressure washing in and around Knoxville, TN. Submitting a form is a request for a quote or booking — it does not create a binding contract until we confirm the appointment and details with you directly.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Prices, offers, and promotions shown on this site are estimates and may change based on the condition, size, and specifics of your property or project. Any special offer is subject to availability and the terms stated with it — for example, the $50 off offer applies to first-time window cleaning customers only. We will confirm final pricing with you before any work begins.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please give us as much notice as you can if your plans change, and we'll work with you to find a new time. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you when we schedule your appointment.
